Eventismed is a mobile and tablet based application developed by Eventismed LLC, designed specifically for Home Care and Hospice organizations.

It uses smart phone technology (IOS and Android) to register information regarding home visits by health care

professionals to the patient.

The health care worker records in real time from their tablet or cell phone the basic details of the visit.

Information recorded includes name of patient or destination, hours of the visit (time log), mileage, costs associated with reimbursements, and digital signatures.

The information is stored in a secure server dedicated exclusively for our clients. Although there is no sensitive patient information

stored in the server, it is encrypted to comply with Medicare and other government agencies.​
